Since my student days, during the phase of seeking beauty, I became aware of my desire to enhance my appearance," says the gentle and graceful Siao-Hua. Speaking of herself after undergoing rhinoplasty, she exudes confidence and believes that the procedure fulfilled her dream.
Before the surgery, Siao-Hua was dissatisfied with her nose shape: "I felt that my bulbous nose was not associated with beauty." After consulting with various doctors, she was eventually introduced to Dr. Chen Chenkun for rhinoplasty by a friend.
During the preoperative consultation, Dr. Chen Chenkun identified that a structural rhinoplasty was essential for Siao-Hua to achieve a "safe," "natural," and "appealing" nose shape. This was because Hua had a slight deviation in her nose, indicating a curvature in the nasal septum. Additionally, her wide and thick nasal wings, along with a flat and collapsed nasal bridge, prompted us to formulate a comprehensive surgical plan for her safety and desired outcome.
Nose Proportion Reduction
Addressing the client's most bothersome bulbous nose issue. Eliminating excess tissue from the bulbous nose tip and narrowing the width of the nasal wings.
Exterior Design
Establishing the proportions of the nose components (nasal bridge, nasal septum, dorsum, etc.) that best suit the client's facial features, and performing the surgery within a safe range.
Correction of Deviated Nose
Correcting the deviated nose caused by a curvature in the nasal septum. Reconstructing the nasal septum and addressing the asymmetry in the nostrils to improve overall symmetry.
Dorsum and Nasal Tip Sculpting
Using Goretex to augment the nasal bridge for a visually elongated effect. Further reshaping the nasal tip by removing excess tissue and utilizing ear cartilage to reconstruct the nasal tip, adjusting its shape and appearance.
A month and a half after the surgery, the nasal tip is still slightly swollen, but the whole person has undergone a remarkable transformation!
